This will involve not eating much for several days. Most of the weight you will lose will be muscle or water weight but the point is that you will lose weight. Another thing you can do is to cut out fatty foods from your diet. If you want to succeed in the long run when it comes to losing weight, then you will want to take a long term approach. Quick fixes can work but they are only temporary. Losing weight for the short term is easy. Don’t eat much or barf up everything that you do it. It’s not healthy to do this however.
