Companies these days rent exhibit space in order to promote their company or sell their products. The idea is to be able to acquire reserved space in a future exhibit and once you are set, you can now focus your attention on to fixing your trade show booth. As we all know, first impressions last for longer than we usually admit. That is essentially the working mechanism of the trade show exhibit. The booth or stall is the first thing a customer will see when he enters thus it is important that you take care of that first impression. The representation of your booth is your initial investment in taking in potential customers.

You must ensure that if you are promoting a product or company, that the logo is positioned such that it is visible and easily accessible for everyone. This is your main reminder or selling point. The customer must always remember what the booth is about and it should always be pertaining to your product or company.

Lastly, you must have a staff member to man the booth. It is important to have someone knowledgeable of your products and services to take care of your customer relations. He or she must be able to know how to answer all the questions a potential customer may ask thus he or she must possess a deep understanding of the whole company and more importantly must have a very pleasing personality.
