Buying A Coffee Table
The humble coffee table is one of the most overlooked pieces of furniture but can actually prove to be very versatile. Not only can you use them for othe obvious i.e. putting your coffee, eating a quick TV dinner etc but they are also great for storage as well as adding an extra piece of decoration to the room. But what should you look out for in a coffee table?
First of all you need to decide on what kind you want. Do you want a traditional oak table, a glass one, or even a lift top coffee table? This will depend largely on the type of decorations you have in the house but also on your budget.
Secondly, do you have young kids? If so having a large piece of unprotected glass in the living room may not be a good idea, so make sure you take this into account when buying a coffee table.
