Bowflex Revolution Review

Health & Fitness, Sports and Games

If there’s a Bowflex Revolution review that has convinced many of the effectiveness of this newly discovered home gym system, it is that one which cited space technology as the basis for the new workout device. The Bowflex Revolution home gym was introduced in 2006 using the Spiraflex System, a completely new resistance technology and gym design. The system was purportedly based on the one used by astronauts to maintain an exercise program in space. Instead of polymer rods employed in Bowflex’s other home gyms, the Revolution’s Spiraflex System uses circular plates with coiled straps around a cam which can interlock. The Bowflex Revolution technology duplicates the benefits of free weights and more. This new system offers more adjustments to accommodate different-sized users and provides a wider variety of workouts. In the Revolution, in fact, more than 100 exercises of up to 400 variations can be done, surely a giant step in home gym innovation.
